- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and the new price will apply at your next billing cycle.
3. One-Time Purchases
We offer digital content for one-time purchase, including online schools, e-courses, and training programs.
- Access: Upon successful payment, you are granted access to the purchased content for as long as it remains available on our platform.
- Refunds: Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, please contact us at info@anawerner.org.
4. Content Licensing & Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including videos, teachings, written materials, images, and branding — is the property of Ana Werner Ministries and is protected by copyright law.
